Consider flushing your system with a 21-Day dietary cleansing

Whether it’s winter, spring, summer or fall, it’s never too early or too late for a dietary cleanse—otherwise known as detox.

Why bother detoxing the body, you may ask? Well, think about it, the average party season of eating and drinking may lead to bouts of indigestion and stomach upsets and the liver gets a bit stressed as it's the main organ for clearing the toxins out of the body. Even an athlete or bodybuilder who eats relatively healthy foods should give his or her body a break from processing massive amounts of protein.
