It is like déjà vu for the Inglewood Police Department and community as there is yet another officer involved shooting leaving another black male dead.  A crowd of approximately 200, (concerned citizens and media) showed up at the Inglewood City Council meeting seeking answers and understanding. Most of the citizens were visibly outraged demanding change within the Inglewood Police Department.
