The Youth Art & Design Expo Goes Online
The California State Fair today unveiled a new competition for the web 2.0 generation called “Youth Tube.” The goal of this competition is to allow fairgoers to show the rest of California how they have fun where they live by creating a video that will be posted and judged on YouTube! The competition is open to all California youth ages 5 to 19. Winners will receive State Fair Ribbons, and four first place winners will receive a season pass to the 2009 California State Fair. Videos can be live-action or animated, and must run under 5 minutes. Hollywood Black Film Festival 2009
The 10th Anniversary of the Hollywood Black Film Festival (HBFF) features premiere programming, panels & parties, in Beverly Hills.
